Paint night is a chance to hang out, have a few laughs, learn a little art stuff and have a good time. There are a few rules you should be aware of:

1. Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.

2. You don't have to paint what I paint.

   • You can if you like, but it is your painting.

   • If you do paint what I paint, it doesn't have to be identical.

3. Don't worry about how good/bad your painting is compared to someone else's.​

   • Some people have done this for years. In some cases many, many years.​

4. If you love your painting, hang it on a wall. If you hate your painting throw it out.​

   • ​I will not be offended.​

5. Offer praise and critiques of your neighbors. But be nice.

   • See rule 3.​
